Photographer's Note
Strolling in the Plaça del Poble on a beautiful afternoon, I couldn't help but notice this distinctive weather vane atop the Sala d'Actes, the local concert hall and community centre in Andorra la Vella. I really don't know what it is doing there, but I decided at the time that I should capture it for TE and save it for Hallowe'en. And here it is.
Hallowe'en is not celebrated in Andorra (except by a few expats), so I am unsure why the artist chose this theme.
Yes, the sky really is that clear and blue in Andorra. It's the altitude.
There should be a clock in the tiled area below, but it is away for repairs, leaving an ugly gaping hole, so I have cropped it away.
Over the years, we have spent many an enjoyable evening in the concert hall underneath this iron sculpture, but I don't remember ever seeing it before. Most enjoyable was an intimate concert by YoYo Ma in the small auditorium. Andorra may be a small country but it attracts big talent from time to time.
It would be very tempting to PS a full moon behind this one.

Good picture for weathercocks group theme. And you was also a person with a sense of timing because of Halloween. Good colors and textures

Thanks for this original Boomstick rider vane - and yes a full moom and a bit of dimmed light would make the illusion perfect - I like it even - thanks Peter, for sharing and adding to the theme.
