Quiet morning N14, a photo from Oost-Vlaanderen, Flanders

Photographer's Note

Another picture taken in it forest at Ursel with sun beams between the trees, through the little misty weather come the lighting against the ground and give a excellent autumn colour. This forest its almost all oak and beech trees, the leaves of beech trees are very lovely of colour as this come down.

This is my orginal picture.

ce que tu as voulu rendre ici est parfaitement réussi, ces rayons de soleil qui percent ce qu'il reste de feuillage sur les arbres.
Le cacher derrière un arbre est évidemment judicieux.
Magnifique tapis d'automne bien coloré au sol, le tout sous une bonne exposition.

Dag John, Dit is echt een magische foto! Heel mooi hoe de zonnestralen het hun weg vinden tussen de bomen en een mooi licht werpen over het rode blader tapijt. Er gaat een zeer feeërieke sfeer uit van deze foto, misschien wonen er elfjes in het Ursel bos! Schitterend werk! Sabine

Goeie morgen John

mooie ochtendopname, vol van herfstkleur en stralend zonlicht. Het beetje groen dat overblijft geeft een bijzonder contrast aan het bruine bladerdek, goed samenspel van licht en schaduw.

Goeiendag, John. Nog een wondermooie foto met een fantastische belichting. Het contrast tussen de bladeren op de grond en de groene bladeren op de bomen werkt heel goed. De zonnestralen creëren hier een mysterieuze die mij heel goed bevalt.

John, het is ondertussen bijna onmogelijk geworden om de eerste te zijn om jouw foto's te quoteren. Het is ook niet moeilijk; ze zijn dan ook goed. Weer een prachtige opname tegenlicht (!) met die mysterieuze zonnestralen door het bladerdak. Heel mooi gedaan!

Al een paar keer bekeken en vergeleken, ik heb ze beiden trouwens tegelijkertijd open op screen, deze is een stuk helderder doortekent, ook in de zonnestralen die door de bomen priemen, de andere had dan zijn compositie mee door het pad en framing van de boom langszij, toch geeft de helderheid van deze mij nog meer plezier om naar te kijken. Even vergelijken mag toch hé ?
(mijn muis verdwijnt nog altijd op de meest onverwachtte momenten)

Dramatic twilight in this photo.
I like the contrast beteen the green leaves and the fallen leaves. I would have liked to see the twilight even more saturated in this photo ... but I guess it must be due to the limitations of the camera and the scene.

A classic view of the woods in autumn with wonderful filtered light peeking through. I like the spacing of the trees here to give an open feel to part of the forest. The strewn leaves very much enhance. First rate work.

Goedemorgen John, wat een prachtig beeld is dit. De radiale zonnestralen zijn werkelijk magisch en laten de herfsttinten van dit bos zeer mooi tot hun recht komen. Het laag aangelichte rode bladertapijt is oogstrelend. Xcellent werk.
Een goede week toegewenst uit een een halfduister Rotterdam bij 5 graden.

Another masterpiece picture from within the woods, John.
Red leaves carpet, and the sun-rays coming through the trees are exceptionally beautiful on the composition.
