Photographer's Note
In 1146, under saint Bernard, 12 monks, an abbot and five brothers were sent from Clairvaux to Villers to found a new abbey there. After 7 centuries of prosperity and enlarging of the field, the abbey is finally sold like "national good" on July 25, 1797 (thanks to the french revolution !) and will be used as stone quarry.

Very nice texture to the stone of the wall and the plants growing on it. I like your DOF here, too, with these yellow flowers in the foreground. They also add a great lively touch that brightens up the grey day and wall. Nicely done.
