A small but very Danish moment ~ a blonde mother and daughter holding hands, walking down the shopping street of Lyngby, both trendy in their black and white, and a guy checking them out as they pass by :)

(This was taken six years ago, but even so, their style still looks fresh to me.)

Forgive me for pointing to the feet again (I'm not a fetishist, I swear!), but one really cool part of this shot is the shadows from their feet! And I agree, the guy is looking... in fact (and continuing the theme of FEET), it appears that he's taken a half-step to his left -- to be closer to them as they pass, or just to avoid some unseen obstacle on the left? It makes a great foto!

Hello Kristin,
This is a fine and discreetly funny photo. The black and white clothes and blonde hair make the foreground very attractive and the man looking at them makes me smile. I get a feeling that while looking at them and walking he slightly lost balance and almost stumbled. Again this was a good observation and a well handled very brief moment. I am sure you didn't have time to set up your tripod this time.

I was here 8 months ago. Yes, the North European people are mostly blonde ;) Simple but attractive street scene.

Look at you racking up the points now! ;) Hey, all of these people have feet, what's going on here? Sacre bleu!! lol

What a great shot, this has very much an endearing quality about it...I have a 3 1/2 year old niece, so this is very relatable. I may not have any kids of my own, but it tugs at the heartstrings to see the bond between family, or anyone really that is this close with one another. I'm no "fashionista," but that's a wild collection of black & white design walking hand in hand! Whoa!

Love the feeling of motion too, each person featured in stride...and the expression of the passing gentleman leaves a lot to the imagination. Is he checking out the mom, looking for a ring on the finger, or just bemused by the crazy combination of apparel like myself??

Nicely captured, a candid scene well presented. Have a great day ahead.

Ohh! I remain such busy these days that I'm missing out my favourite photographer's photographs.
A very interseting, attractive capture Kristin.
Dresses of mom and kid. wow, synchronized, how can I miss color of their hair. They are similar too. and thir foot steps are also synchronizd. Like mom, like kid!
Look of that man checking their dress style is interesting.
A very dramatic photograph with proper lighting.
