quelle image on se croirait dans un autre monte quel rendu sur cette eau ce mystère et ce brillant superbe.

Hello Alain,
A fine and unusual composition with a strange but appealing atmosphere. The small boat looks very vulnerable among all these obstacles which I suppose are small icebergs.

What a perfect subject of a monochrome photograph. The boat is perfectly placed in the frame, and almost seems to become one the the icebergs that fill the rest of the frame. Only its shape and wash pick it out. The contre-jour light helps the effect and makes a beautifully contrasty scene. I thought at first that that was another boat on the left-hand side; and what is that on the far horizon top right? A huge iceberg? An island? A ship? A very effective piece of photographic art.
