Chambon is a French commune, located in the southern department of Indre-et-Loire (37), in the central region.
This land of Touraine was colonized long, from the Neolithic period, as evidenced by the discovery of pottery dating from that era. The village is set in a valley not far from the digs, which serves as its border with Poitou.
Today, the town has nearly 300 residents. This small village has developed around agriculture but also tourism. The presence of many cottages and homes, as well as its proximity to a spa and wealth in South Touraine are indeed undeniable advantages.
