Photographer's Note
When reviewing my photos already posted, I found this one which - in my opinion - fits with two of the themes for the April Scavenger's hunt :
5. The tallest building in any particular city.
6. A shot with a strong element of motion blur. --

Well, a little hidden behind the Caroussel but I guess everyone has already recognized one of the most famous ladies in the world... The Eiffel Tower built more than one century ago.
By this end of the year, each hour, the sparkling light effects make the tower even closer to the stars...
I made various shots this evening and it was the most unconventionnal, the most interesting to my point of view.

The thumbnail is not a good reflect of your pic, it's a pity.
I like the contrast between the perfect sharpness of the tower, and the blur caused by the carrousel. The feeling of speed points out much more the stiffness of the tower. Apart from the special effects, I think this is an angle which was not yet used for this subject here in TE.
Just one point regarding the framing, I feel that the tower is not on the right place... May I try a WS on it ?
Good and creative pic anyway.

I really like this. The viewpoint is chosen well(though perhaps I would prefer a little bit of sky above the top of the Tower?). The colours of the Tower and of the carousel match well and provide a good contrast with the night sky. But, above all, the contrast between the moving carousel and the static Tower is most effective.

Nice picture..
also interesting to note the saturated blue in the sky.
Is that enhancement in PS or an original?

Excellent picture ! Ilove the blue of the sky, and the composition. Great idea to get to this specific spot to take the picture.

I like the contrast between the still lights on the Tower and the moving lights of the carousel. Compositionally, it's interesting, too - an unusual vantage point which demands attention.

Definitely unconventional, and definitely brilliant. This is what we need more of here - imagination and brilliance.
Very pleasing photograph in many ways. Technically perfect, but your composition and subject too are well chosen (though the missing top of the tour bothers me a smidge).

Hola Steven. Buen trabajo.
Yeray.
