Photographer's Note

Yesterday morning at 6:30 ... a sea of clouds recovers the Alpes. A November-like weather at only august 12 ... after fews days of cold, rain and snow in moutains.

Here, i start a new work of pictures built from several shots and stitched in the Autopano Pro software. With this tool, i try to make great pictures with great angle but not a panoramic size ... this kind of shot is a medium or large camera shot. In order to give a stronger shape of the mountains, to have no deformation (with a 135 size and a very wide angle lense, the deformation is really great and perspectives are crushed).

Here is a 16 pictures stich taken in the Bauges range, into the track to the Colombier Mount ... the front is "le Rocher de la Bade" and in the background, the valley of Chambéry and Grenoble.

I hope this work convained you :) thanks for your comments ...
