About the story:

last weekend i took a short stroll in the surroundings of my village, recognized some hay-balls lying outside there for some pictures to catch

About the location:

agriculture fields just a few meters outside the village...will be continued..

About the picture:

another hay-ball, this time a more general view of the first houses of our village behind.. old ones and newer ones, side by side..

With winter not that far off, now is a good time to harvest feed for the animals, and the haybale in the fg in sharp focus contrasts well with the other, oof haybale at top right. Tfs!

Hi Berndt,
Hay bale is a classic summer photo theme. This has good contrast between dry hay field and darkish green forest background. Village scene looks quite nice too.
