Hello Afroditi,
This is a good news photo causing some excitement. Although the black smoke shows that something serious and maybe harmful has happened it is "attractive" in some way. The shape of the black cloud fits the shape of the photo well, and there is a strong contrast between the bright light over the city and this threatening dark figure.
