I dedicate this photo to Beverley, who noted under my previous photo that the heron looked like someone, who learnt the art at the Royal Ballet. It is the same heron before starting. On this photo too, he is doing the moves.

I am doubly thrilled because I like ballet and watching herons!

This heron is certainly going through the toe-pointing motions! I love how its knees are meeting, more like a ballet comedy!
Great sharp photograph, using narrow dof!

Great timing, it really looks as if the heron was doing some kind of dance routine balancing on the branch like that. Wonderful warm sunlight as well here.
