Inspired by the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milano, the Galleria Umberto I in Napoli was first constructed in 1887. It had to be reconstructed after the Second World War.

Beautiful setting! I wish the light were better distributed, but I like the POV and detail.

This is a first rate example of one-point persepective (where "parallel lines" appear to converge at one point on the horizon line. Superb perspective, composition, colors and resolution. The light and shadows are handled masterfully.
