Photographer's Note

I celebrete my five years is TE with a nature scene I saw close to my house: nature creates fantastic colors in autumn.
I celebrete also my new mobile phone, that captured these colors and shapes.I got it as a present for my birthday two months ago
I hope you like it.

once I could travel, now I cannot do it and I must look at closer subjects, missing India and dreaming it and its colors.
Now my iPhone is better than my first 990 Nikon coolpix, and now I learnt to manage pictures a little bit better.
Looking at my old photos I rememeber also my first TE friends. At that time I already exchanged comments with Arnab, who came from Kolkata to Italy and now lives in Trieste not far from me.

Congratulations! 5 years and more than 1000 photos - a long time and a lot of work! It's amazing that cell-phones can produce photos of this quality, though a "normal" camera still is better ;-)

Certo che non potevi scegliere di meglio per festeggiare il compleanno,questa composizione autunnale sembra la vetrina di un fiorista.C'e' proprio tutto il succo dell'autunno,molto spinti e gradevoli i colori,auguri e complimenti!! Luciano

Hi Livia,I know autumn makes a photographer delirious.Yor autumn shot is good.It would have been better had you used a camera.Shooting with an iphone is like listening to Verdi with a hearing aid.Greetings Wolf.

Congratulations on your 5 years on TE. I've enjoyed following your travels.

The colors are amazingly bright and colorful although the sharpness isn't the best. Still I read an article recently in a photo mag; the fellow says, "The best camera is the one you have with you." He has a whole cell phone gallery.
It's amazing how electronics prices have gone down while quality has gone up. I'll have to get my grand-daughter to teach me how to download pix from my cell phone.
