nice shot, but it does look blurry. I would go into PS, use a Rectangular Marguee Tool to draw a fence around the city, then do an Unsharp Mask, and that will do a nice job. by selected the city you don't raise the noise in the sky from the 30 second exposure. it will be a nice pic, it just needs a little tweek!
