A classic it may be but it is also a timeless piece of documentation that could as easily have been taken in the 60ties. Love the reflections in the puddle on the floor.

Glad to see you back again! This is a fine shot of this most famous square, but given new life by your wise choice of toned monochrome and the very low viewpoint. I can't decide whether this is just a rain puddle or the beginning (or end) of the "acqua alta". And I wonder whether you spent huge amounts of money in the Caffé Quadri to your right??
