Something yellow, a photo from Milan, Lombardia

Photographer's Note

I have not paid much attention to this, but it seems to me that this is the first photo of the yellow fields of the season, a classic in the spring photo of TE that I wanted to propose in a way that the yellow is not the protagonist, but only a part of the composition.
Among Cuggiono and Inveruno a long avenue of poplars leads to the ancient double courtyard of the Garagiola farmhouse, texture and flavor charm of the old 800's Lombard farmhouses In reality, its origin is much older, a map in the possession of the family owners today testifies to its existence since 1500. At the time it was presumably a convent as evidenced by the precious church that is located within the property. Visited on request is often open to the public for religious services during the liturgical year.

QUALCOSA DI GIALLO

Non ho fatto molta attenzione a questo,ma mi sembra che questa sia la prima foto della stagione dei campi gialli,un classico nelle foto primaverili di TE che io ho voluto proporre in una maniera in cui il giallo non sia il protagonista,ma solo una parte della composizione.
Fra Cuggiono e inveruno un lungo viale di pioppi cipressini conduce all'antica doppia corte della cascina Garagiola, struttura dal sapore e fascino della vecchia cascina lombarda dell'800. In realtà la sua origine è ben più antica, una mappa in possesso dalla odierna famiglia di proprietari testimonia la sua esistenza già dal 1500. All'epoca era presumibilmente un convento come testimonia la preziosa chiesetta che si trova all'interno della proprietà. visitabile su richiesta è spesso aperta al pubblico per funzioni religiose durante l'anno liturgico.

Ho letto tutte le critiche finora e nessuno ha commentato il fatto che l'immagine appare troppo affilato in modo che le foglie sugli alberi hanno perso la loro fluidità e l'aspetto delicato. bellissima e luminosissima giornata primaverile, la prospettiva e i colori esaltano la tua foto.
La colza è quasi tutta sbocciata e i pioppi hanno le foglioline tenere come il loro colore, tutto è fatto, ma non in maniera decisa, per questo c'è più dolcezza nei tratti della foto.

Hi! It somehow looks very complex despite it's general simplicity. Yellow is a great color and acually one of my favorites.
As about Zenith, Juventus and others - oh this is endless, each year those millioneers will fight for the cups. For now here we are getting much more focused on Ice Hockey championship - its getting close. But good luck for your team anyway (in Champions League, I mean). :)

Si my friend, I also prefer green instead of concrete, but I do not have that in my area... like the Po valley which you show this beautifully.
The trees "boulevard" added good scale of depth, decorated by the yellow spring blossom.
Lovely rural countryside, well shown.

This is such a typical scene from Italy, with the long lines of poplars. I like how you have used them as an irresistible guide to the farmhouse, creating a fine sense of depth.
The yellows of the fields enhance the feeling of spring.
The dappled light on the path is a bonus.

This is like a beautiful painting, the leaves of the trees have such a soft quality to them, and the colors are delicate and very beautiful to see. Even better that you composed this view with this fantastic depth, leading the eye right through the heart of the painted effect. Really fine photo.

I like very much the yellow element which rapeseed adds to photos. You have used it here perfectly. The scenery seems very dreamy, more like in a impressionist painting.
I like the motif of the road here as well with the central symmetry.

mi piace molto la tua versione della classica foto di primavera, il giallo e' brillante e molto attraente nonostante il ruolo non protagonista che gli hai dato. Gli altissimi alberi sono affascinanti, mi piacciono molto i loro dettagli e come definiscono la prospettiva verso l' edificio nello sfondo -un dettaglio superbo. There is a dreamy feeling to this view. It has a gentle softness that makes it resemble a painting. The vertical framing goes perfectly with the tall and slender trees. The play of light and shadows, as well as the yellow color, are all very nice. We had a very cold winter and early spring, so the bright colors have not arrived yet here in NYC.

endlich kommt der Frühling mit seinen Farben, bei uns in der Steiermark sind wir noch dreifärbig, die Berge weiß, die Wälder braun bis dunkelgrün, und die Wiesen grün mit, an der Sonnenseite gelben Löwenzahn!

A wonderful composition, great great perspective on this straight path, which leads the eye to a distant house, ideal those tall trees on both sides thereof, the yellow fields on both sides, complete a bellisima rural scene.

Lovely how the overwhelming lined trees forces the eyes to explore the landscape in depth all the way into the distant while green and yellow fields break up adding the perfect touch to clinch the absorbing composition. Smart choice of a vertical format to stress the height of the poplar trees. The strip of bright yellow contrasts well against the blue sky and the double wheel tracks path adds deep lead in lines and linear perspective. Good sharpness and nice repetition of patterns and shapes. Tfs.

Bellissimi i colori e strutture. Ottimo taglio verticale, il post processo (se non ho sbagliato, un HDR sottilissimo?) ed i colori gialli e Verdi. Mi piacciono molto le simmetrie degli alberi che hanno segnalato la primavera.

A wonderful passage through the rows of trees with a view of the house at the end of the dirt track.
I have to admit that the house - how small it may seem - and the tall poplars were more striking to me than the yellow fields.
