Photographer's Note

Waiting to be able to take some new photos, or maybe to return to my Tuscan archive this summer, one more photo from the park of my country, the fog always gives a certain pleasant effect and today I show you the pond with one of the 2 white swans who live there.

In attesa di poter fare qualche nuova foto, o magari di tornare nel mio archivio toscano di questa estate, ancora una foto dal parco del mio paese, la nebbia dona sempre un certo effetto gradevole e oggi vi mostro il laghetto con uno dei 2 cigni bianchi che lo abitano.

This is another beautiful composition from a hazy day. The autumn colours under the grey sky create an impression of a sepia photo. The reflections in the calm water are very attractive and of course the swan is the "cherry on the cake".

It is always a bigger challenge to take a good new photo at the place you live, because you are so used to the environment. Here you managed a brilliant capture with the perfectly used fog. The swan makes a fantastic addition in the foreground. You have recorded it perfectly. The vegetation appearing from behind the fog leaves no doubt it is autumn.

It is almost as if you have added sepia to your photograph, making the focal swan a fine, white focal point!
Despite the mist, there are still reflections in the water, disturbed by the movement of the swan.

Hello Luciano,
A very nice and calm view across the calm lake on a foggy day. The brownish tones of the autumn trees still manage to emerge from the fog. The swan is well included too, looking as elegant as ever.

Sometimes you don't have to go very far to find beauty and interest. It can be found right in your own back yard, as depicted here with the swan. Nice reflections and the fog adds mood. Good sharpness too. Tfs!

A wonderful image to which the mist gives a beautiful romantic touch, everything is outlined softly, the pond with its reflections, the trees with their autumn color tones, but the swan looks sharp and beautiful in its whiteness in the foreground , where the fog no longer reaches him.

The atmosphere in this photo is lovely. The graceful swan is gliding out of the fog, and sitting over the reflections of the trees. I like the foggy section of the scene, too, with trees mysteriously hiding in the background. I hope you're hanging in there despite all the COVID troubles. Take care!

You present here a typical autumn scene in a melancholic sense. The fog changes the atmosphere surrounding the pond, but the swan steals the show. Very well places POV and a great contrast, have a nice weekend.
