Two months before the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, but it already looks like a photo of the times of smart working. Now the war seems to have made the disease disappear, which instead has been gaining strength in recent days. But the Italian government is moving in the direction of liberation, with the abolition of all restrictions starting next month. Photo from one of the building of the business centers of Piazza Gae Aulenti in Milan. Were you able to find the only man at work? As for the war, Italy has already welcomed 60,000 refugees and more are on the way.

Due mesi prima dell'esplosione della pandemia da Covid, ma sembra già una foto dei tempi dello smart working. Adesso la guerra sembra abbia fatto sparire la malattia, che invece sta riprendendo forza in questi ultimi giorni. Ma il governo italiano va in direzione liberatoria, con abolizione di tutte le restrizioni a partire dal prossimo mese. Foto da uno dei palazzo dei centri direzionali di Piazza Gae Aulenti a Milano. Siete riusciti a trovare l'unico uomo al lavoro? Per quanto riguarda la guerra, l'Italia ha gia' accolto 60mila profughi ed altri sono in arrivo.

Oh, yes, there is only one person in this section of the building. I like the repetition of windows, at various levels of lighting.

I suppose that working from home during the pandemic has been common in Italy too. It continues to be popular for those who can do it here. A good graphic photo with the 1 visible worker.

Lepi prozori i upaljena svetla u kancelarijama, dobro pokazano sa lepim bojama i kontrastom.

this is the usual daily scene of today
Only high buildings with big glasses and people working
behind them...a different way of working ...
But because of pandemic all these
offices were empty

Yes I did see the man at work, no-one else is obvious.

At least in the Nordic countries all, or most, restrictions were scrapped more than a month ago. Most persons have returned to their offices, but working from home at lest a few days a week will probably remain a popular option for many.

Regardless of restrictions I think similar photos of almost empty work places late at night will always be possible. You had a good idea for this and handled it will. It is a graphically interesting composition.

L'homme à son bureau semble apprécier le silence de l'endroit. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails de la façade de l'immeuble. Il y a un bon contraste entre les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

I found the man. :-) I'm always fascinated by scenes like this, with lots of windows to look in. I like the curve of the building, and that bit of red that glows in the bottom section. I hope that man didn't stay in his office all night!

Nice composition with the repeated elements and so much going on in the windows. Yes I can see the only working person there.
I understand that the new wave of refugees must be tough again but to be honest it is quite different if the refugees are young man looking for better life or women and children directly escaping from the war while having man defending their country, they intend to be temporarily there,

Hello Luciano, I see the working man. Interesting composition and idea. But why should one work at night in such an office building? In a scientific institution probably would be more people working at night. For instance physicists and astronomers like working at night. There are even jokes about it.
In Poland maybe the restriction will be also removed soon. Schools and Universities work normally now.

A warm welcoming night shot and it's an appropriate pic to call 'office' It just makes you think about all that's going on in there. The colours are naturally lovely and the details in the rooms are interesting with good interplay of the lights.

Hi Luciano.
A very original composition with a remarkable light-dark contrast, with the interior lighting and the dark structure of the building, when I see these empty office buildings and with the light on in the offices I wonder if electricity is not so expensive for them as for the poor consumers. And I don't see the long-suffering worker except where the light gives a reddish hue.
A beautiful composition, with good colors, splendid light and the sharpness is excellent.
