Photographer's Note
The 17 contradas of Siena have fountains where new contrada members are baptized. Most of the fountains were built in the XX century.
This is the fountain of the contrada of Leocorno (Unicorn). It was designed by the architect Carlo Nepi in 1997 and is located in Via Pantaneto.
The picture is a mosaic of 4 photos recomposed with PTGui.
