Photographer's Note
You are already bored with my Egyptian pictures, the last one from the market was a failure. No problem, I have some photos in my archive.
Paul showed the beautiful street lamps in Ohrid. It happens that Gert and Kasia haven't seen them. I can't find on the Internet where they were installed. There are many photos of them but without a description.
These streetlamps mimic the shape of houses in the traditional building style of Ohrid. Here you can see two such lamps against the houses in the Ohrid style.
Two other photos with the lamps in Workshops.

Hello Malgo,
Your market photo was no failure. It's the present TE which is a failure. Besides, it has only been on the site since late last night. Patience!
Anyway, these houses are really more interesting than the peculiar lamps, although their design may have made them the signature of today's Ohrid waiting for a post-pandemic deluge of tourists. From what I could find from Chris's photos they still hadn't been introduce in 2015,
Kind regards,
Gert

The green tree and blue sky make your picture completely
Taken with excellent sharpness and clarity.

Ciao Malgo, your archive is very rich,so it's easy for your to be inspired by some member of TE. It's the Paul time today, and you have 3 pics showing the very curious lamps of Ohrid in different sceneries, excellent idea to show some view of this city. Have a nice evening and thanks,Luciano

Hello Malgo,
Of course, these street lamps are only a detail in the whole of beautiful Ohrid.
Still, I find such small initiatives beautiful and charming and they provide a special mark in this touristic place.
Your main photo is the best. I like the brightness of the presentation of these wonderful houses.
Best regards, Paul

Zainteresowaly, zainteresowaly.
Nauma.
Najbardziej podoba mi sie chyba WS#1, ale tutaj znowu fajny widok na waska uliczke i kilka domow.
Pozdrawiam serdecznie
Kasia

Hi Malho,
THe suite of houses is giving dynamism to the scene. The point of view is showing the details of the street lampsd and of the houses. The colors and the sharpness are very good. Have a nice day.

Hi Malgo
A good series of photos with the buildings owing much to Ottoman style and you show us more of those distinctly styled lamps that Paul introduced us to.
cheers

probably some people would think these lamps in the shape of a house would be a house for birds. curious attractive of the town and nice views of the city. in some aspects these houses remind me the colonial architecture of Brazil.
take care
