This was totally confusing until I read the note. The amazing shapes and colours of the reflections make this an almost abstract composition.

Hello Chris,
I walked in the canyon to where the trail ended.
At first when seeing this photo I thought that the rock on the far left was not a reflection and that it seems that the rocks on both sides of the canyon are almost touching. But then I remembered that the canyon wasn't that narrow.
Very bright mirror image.
Beautiful composition. Well observed.

A fascinating photo in which we are put on the wrong foot at first glance.
An excellent choice to show mountain top only in the reflection. This has resulted in a well-considered composition.

Beautiful reflection! The perfectly still water is an ideal mirror. Turning this image upside down makes it interesting (I tried it).
