Photographer's Note
No postproduction... i was so smart to use the same film twice...
the first one was shot in the woods and the second one was in the streets in Arnhem (my town)...
that's it!!! need a vacation!!!!...

Stop!
With your feet on the air and your head on the ground
Try this trick and spin it, (yeah!) yeah!
Your head will collapse but there’s nothing in it
And you’ll ask yourself:
Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Where is my mind?
Way out in the water
See it swimming?

nice effect you got here Jorrit, this accidental compo is quaite good - that tree is like an extension of the row of houses. there is even a person walking - it would be better if she was a bit closer to the left side, having a white wall as a background. moody stuff. and Pixies are one of my favourive bands. I am going to see them this summer in Reading!

bro, have no clue where your mind is, but please loose it more often, the shot turned out great, actually before reading you note I thought that this is a combination of some weird reflection of the window, and the lady walking down the street is actually seen through the glass.
Accident or not, this one has turned out weirdly good. Feels like one joint too many ....

Bonjour Jorrit,
comme quoi certains oublis peuvent donner des résultats surprenants et pas mal artistiques.
Heureusement que la note qui accompagne explique tout.
Daniel.

Oh wow man. I love these multiple exposure shots when done well (and yours is!). Wonderful visual metaphor justaposing concrete and brick with towering trees. A favourite man. Wow.

Hi Jorrit,
Don't explain all the secrets.
It is a great picture too express a certain mood. You I points towards the open sky.
Something like freedom, escaping to nature etc.
Good work,
Hendrik

Hi Jorrit, well I seem to missed most of your postings over the summer, always like like your musical references, especially this one, which compliments the shot typically appropriately.
