Canal at Night, a photo from Noord-Holland, South

Photographer's Note

Amsterdam is ringed by a series of canals, with most of the bridges being lit up at night. This particular photo is near the Dam section of town. I did not have a tripod at this point, I simply leaned the camera on a post of the bridge I was on, held my breath, and just let the camera do it's thing. This is under both transportation and architecture categories since the canals there really do cover both.

Very nice perspective and colours! You've captured the beautiful architecture very skillfully. I feel like I'm on a boat on the river. The reflections work very good too.
