Waiting for the sun, a photo from Noord-Holland, South

Photographer's Note

At the Netherlands we are still waiting for the Spring sun!! This year the temperatures are very low for this time of the year. Today it was 9 C but usualy this time of year we have temperatures around 18 C. This chairs on the beach of Bergen are usually ocupied by people that enjoy the warmth after swimming but at this day we only spot people winth winter clothe!!

Hello kik ko,
A quite simple composition but a well balanced rendering of a fine observation. The very clear and well saturated colours of the yellow chairs under the dark sky make this photo very eye-catching. There is a kind of absurdity of these sun chairs in this unfriendly weather that I enjoy.

Excellent composition, very good POV, very nice light management, lovely vivid colors, very good clarity and contrast, if the time you are waiting is long, come to Greece, we have not good financial condition but the sun is shining every day.

fantastic these yellow hampers that repair from the wind! perfect chromatic contrast, and effective composition. the wind is percebibile also from here. Also in Italy we are waiting for the sun, hope it comes soon.

So you're having a bad spring like us. These chairs are so original and you've chosen a dynamic angle. Furthermore the bright yellow stands out so well against the dark grey clouds. Good sharpness too.

Very original and very efficince composition. Superb harmony in the color under a beautiful blue sky. The position of the two chairs and the prospect open to the sea give a great depht to the composition.

Olá KIKs, this is another striking image. The contrast of color is amazing and the objects are also interesting, something I never saw in live. Kind of an artistic exhibition in the beach...very nice.

calm also in Italy the spring is not seen, we in this period overcame the 30 degrees and are alone to 14!!!
