Photographer's Note

St. Nicholas Cathedral is a 13th-century Gothic church in Elbląg, Poland. Established in circa 1247, the church became Lutheran in 1573. It was damaged by fire in the late 18th century and suffered damage during World War II. It was elevated to the status of cathedral in 1992. The Renaissance style spire of the tower of the cathedral makes for an interesting element of the frame. There is also a viewing platform accessed through a staircase and we can behold the beautiful and picturesque town of Elblag around the Cathedral.

Hello Zbignew,
Magnificent sight from the round platform up the Cathedral tower. Saw it on the map view at 54.158, 19.3938.
Took a short virtual stroll around the river-promenad, beautiful and elegant place. This city is not in the regular tourists route, IMHO.

Wspanialy widok jak z lotu ptaka. Swietna kolorstyka, szczegolnie kontrast miedzy czerwienia dachow i zielenia trawnikow. Drzewka i samochody wygladaja ja miniaturki w makiecie.

Super widok z wieży kościoła. Kiesys mielismy tu duzo zdjęć z Elbląga. widzę tam interesujący most, chyba ruchomy.
