Piotr,
Very nice capture! The buildings and spires seem to be in the spotlight here with the rainbow helping to draw attention to them. The lighting and colors are great with nice contrast and detail. The path and rail leads the eye to the main subject making for good composition.

This is a good depiction of this scene as well but I like the first version best. The lead in line of the fence has a slight effect of leading us out of the picture. Still a wonderful shot.
