Photographer's Note

This is the region in Portugal with the best climate. Whilst there is snow and negative temperatures in the northern areas of the country, in the Algarve the sun beds wait for you.

Summer (21st of June to the 21st of September) is the high season par excellence and also the most crowded time of the year. Tourists eager for a sun tan head for the golden sands of the many splendid beaches.

Spring and autumn open and close the bathing season and are usually warm enough to take you to the beach if you get tired of exploring the many other enchantments the Algarve has to offer.

A very nice daily life impression of this town. The bright light coming from the right is pleasant and you handled the exposure of the white walls very well too. The long shadow of the lamp is a fine detail. Good photo work!

Bonjour Daniel,

C'est bien vrai que cette photo sent l'automne. Les chaises sont empilées et les para-soleil sont serrés pour la saison, mais la lumière elle est toujours belle.
