Old stairs, a photo from Setubal, South

Photographer's Note

Mains stairs from the entrance of the S. Filipe Fortress, in Setúbal. At the end of the stairs is waiting for us a superb view over Setúbal, the Sado estuary and the peninsula of Tróia. This fortress was finished in 1600, from a project of an italian military engineer, Filipe Terzi and today is a pousada (a hotel), but everybody is free to visit.

que linda luz que tem esta foto. a escadaria est amaravilhos e os detalhes ficaram muito bons. bela textura nas pedraS da parede escecialmente a dirieta. gosto imenso doefeito da luz nos degraus.
luminosidade fantastica.

Olá Paula.
Estive nessa fortaleza este fim de semana. A foto está excelente com uma sensação de profundidade fantástica. A luminosidade tb está muito boa (principalmente o facto de se conseguirem ver os azulejos a esta distância, uma vez que o corredor é extremamente escuro).
Parabéns.

Hello Paula,
I love the way the light is reflected from the stairs here! Good colours and texture on the walls, composition and cropping are to my liking too... Slightly blown-out on that arch in the end, maybe you can try to burn in PS?
