Photographer's Note

Another view of Peniche Fortress Seagull and a small part of the fisherman dock.
In this photo i tried a different approach in post-processing.The colors are the original of course.I like the result.

I really like the composition, the light and the wonderful sky. I'd prefer a lighter weight frame, perhaps half as wide as this one. Very dramatic and nice shot though.

The colors are great here, and I think the composition perfect. But to my eye, what makes this image is the drama of the sky. Very well captured Marco, one of my favorites.

What a dramatic effect! Strong colors and texture and wonderful composition. If I'm not wrong, what you have in this picture, is a bastion or artillery platform on the edge of the cliff. Beautiful work!

Excelente imagem! Gosto muito da composição, das cores e texturas. O pós-processamento também é muito bom pois aumenta a intesidade da imagem.

Quanto à moldura penso que poderia ser apenas um pouco mais fina. Já percebi que neste tipo de imagens de cores muito saturadas uma moldura preta com 10 ou 15 pixeis no máximo (considerando que adicionas depois de fazer o resize) é o mais equilibrado pois não compete com a foto.

Very dramatic and exciting image, Marco. The colors and sky are amazing. You've got some oversharpening with the little grid pattern in the rocks especially, but still a very interesting and fun photo!

C'est une vue magnifique qui ressemble à un tableau peint.
Le travail en post-processing est parfaitement exécuté, seulement je remarque que le cadre est un peu trop épais.

É uma vista magnífica que se assemelha um quadro pinta. O trabalho em posttratamento é executado perfeitamente, apenas observo que o quadro é ligeiramente demasiado espesso

There's a sense of mystic, coming from this scene;greyish blue and grey with rolling clouds and the steel grey with golden tinge fort. Just mystically wonderful Mark.

Marco, great image, the yellow colour of the structure stands out and nicely complements the greys and blues that are prevelent throught most of the image. Well balanced image with good details, textures and drama.

This is a powerful image. The sky is wonderful with its interleaved layers of grey, dark blue and white. The light on the fortress brings a contrasted aspect. Beautiful picture !

Nice POV, nice light... but post treatment is... well... the result on the rocks is nice but the faraway sea and clouds are... simply ugly. The try is nice, result isn't.
