Photographer's Note

The shot was taken in the Alba Carolina citadel in the Transylvanian city of Alba Iulia(Weissenburg/Klausenburg/Gyulafehérvár). This is the 4th gate(house) boasting beautiful baroque statues and figurines and a large example of the imperial Austrian symbol, the double headed eagle with the Habsburg crown, a small gate of the 6 of this Vauban style citadel, the largest in Romania.

The picture was taken with my small digital camera and edited in Photoshop (resized, brightness/contrast, sepia, frame, saved for web)
