Grey beard from travertine, a photo from Presovsky, East

Photographer's Note

Near neighbourhod Spisska Kapitula is located Siva Brada(Grey bread), where you can find travertine hill with several springs, what means that is still live! In tarns gurgles water, which overdose by CO2 with high amount of disolve substances. These substances colonise at corners of tarns and spread into the sorround and create hill. The hill has only 10.000 years, which is very young compare with whole evolution.

An original photo perfectly executed with the wide angle, fine tones of grey and perfect sharpness. A strong photo, like I would like to see more on this site.
