Photographer's Note

A photo from The new Apollo Bridge over the Danube in Bratislava during last years extremely cold spell.

The Apollo bridge is named after the old oil refinery that used to be on the Danube shore.

The bridge was constructed on one side of the river and then turned by boats and put in place. The whole operation took more than a day.
