The front façade of the Franciscan church of Annunciation in the Slovenian capital of Ljubljana. It was constructed between 1646-60 AD with the bell towers added later. More info and pics here:

Hello Chris,
A pretty church in a very nice part of Ljubljana, filled with attractive architecture. For this photo you had a perfect warm light on the façade. Especially I like how there seems to be a spotlight shining on the group of people in the street surrounded by shady parts.

Hello Chris,

This is a lovely facade, the coordinated colours used to emphasise the details of imitation columns and classical window decorations.
The tall pyramid shapes give it an uplifting character.
I like how it it seems to be rising from the depths of shadow into the sunlight.

Hello Chris,
A great photo of this façade of this church, which you captured in a fantastic light. The contrast with the shaded foreground is very good as well, just as the little patch of light on some people in the foreground as well.

Hello Chris,
Funny but in my memory the facade of this beautiful church was even more red than in your photo.
While you still have a nice blue sky as a background.
Apparently some facet of something in my memories becomes more intense.

Hi Chris,
I know this lovely church façade from photos. Two years ago my trip to Slovenia was cancelled by Covid. I found some cheap flights for this summer but it seems I cannot afford even that at the moment, ha ha. Maybe next year. This façade looks especially nice with the blue sky as a background.
