Photographer's Note
Freshly arrived in Asturias and looking for a starting point for a trip into the Picos de Europa, I decided for the campground "Naranjo de Bulnes" in Arenas de Cabrales. The campground is pleasant, simple, inexpensive, recommendable, although it lacks unfortunately hot water. Arenas de Cabrales seems to be most often referred to in this way, although on the maps it figures as "Las Arenas". The town relies very heavily on tourism, but the tourists arrive mostly from Spain. It is a great little place with friendly people and excellent cheese, plus a reasonable dose of authenticity. Arriving around midnight, I was fortunate enough to stumble by complete coincidence into the Fiesta de San Juan, which in Spanish towns appears to be a very important event. It appears that the embroidered shawls are mandatory apparel for this occasion.

Dear Roland
It looks as these group of people are enjoying themselves. Are they part of a procession? It would be helpful to include this information in the otherwise well written note. It's good flash photography, sharpness, DOF and colors are great. Well done
Best regards
Urs
