Photographer's Note

Three views of Jolie Brise, now reaching the sea. Jolie Brise, built in 1913 and intially used as a pilot cutter, was used as a racing yacht in the 20's and is famous as the first winner of the Fasnet race. She is not used by an Englishschool, and is regularly engaged in the Tall Ships' Races, with excellent result. A much lighter ship compared to our own Tecla, she was to win this race.
Although posting two closer views in worshop, I have chosen this view as main post as the best expression of the departure: a small sailing boat, and the open Ocean...
