Photographer's Note

The Stockholm City Theater "Stadsteatern" has its scene in a buildning in downtown Stockholm that was built in the early 70īs and first housed our parliament as the Parliament building went through a reconstruction. The building is known as Kulturhuset (House of Culture) and also houses a vast area of exhibition space where there is allways things going on.

The ground shown in the foreground is Sergels torg (Sergels Square) which in its present layout was constructed together with the metroterminal T-Centralen underneath. Its pattern of triangles is very typical and it is normally refered to as Plattan (the Slab). Not the most elegant square in the city it is in peoples minds mostly connected to drug dealing and drug abuse.
