Photographer's Note

Continuing my little tour of borebom around Sturup Airpot at the south tip of Sweden.

The airport coaches on several of Swedens airports in Sweden is run by the company Flygbussarna. Thay were decorated in gray with a rainbow pattern many years ago when these colors were modern and the rainbow was not so associated with other things.

What caught my eye here was the heavy bus structure combined with the commercial poster for air travel glued to its side. The word "flyget" has a wide meaning like "aviation" but is much more everyday language than that.

Apart from the poster I could write something about how bus bogies are built up with a suspension that gives a higher axle load on the drive axle and a lower on the trailing axle as can be seen here by the fact that the trailing axle has a single tire while the drive axle has twin tires. But I wont write about that, its boring.
