Photographer's Note

We continue our discovery of the area of the Ceresio Lake (Lugano Lake) since the Monte San Salvatore. On the left side, we see in the order, villages of Castagnola and Gandria. Then on Italian territory, Albogiaso and Porlezza.
We discover also a right side (Monte Caprino and Punta S. Margherita) more abrupt and more wild which hardly allows the construction of house and it's so better, so much this area is dense in dwelling. The only village that we see in the bottom of the image is Caprino.
With the background, several mountains located at the east of the Como Lake follow one another. Among the most imposing tops, Cime del Calvo (alt. 2967 m), Monte Legnone (alt. 2609 m) and Pizzo Alto (alt. 2512 m). It's only one outline but I will not venture to give you the exhaustive list of these tops of which I did'nt have until now any idea of the name.
