Hello Blaise,

That is a wonderful shot!! The levels on the shore to the left, creating depth. The sky with amazingly intense, but soft colours. Very well done.
And yes, a bit of luck as well I guess. You can never predict the sunsets hahaha. I've been going out for a nice sunset and in the end it was nothing. And I have been walking around on cloudy days that ended in the most dramatic sunsets.

I don't know wich is better - your home's location or this sunset. Anyway the picture is great from composition and color handling point of view too.

je connaissais ton site ( et j'en rafolle ) depuis un bon moment , aujourd'hui je suis heureux que tu fasses partie des nôtres .
Mon gros problème est de choisir une photo " a critiquer" parmis celles que tu proposes .
Celle-ci est superbe de part son paysage grandiose que part son "sunset". Excellent cadrage .
