Lots of interesting little details here Isabelle. The rust from the old nail dripping onto the white cable is very nice, also the cut ends of the copper wire. Your three shots have all been very different. I would like to see more.

My brother works with quality control of electrical installation, I wont show him this ;o)
It is a fine macro Isabelle and the composition is strong thanks to the different directions of the cable and the nail. Nice of set crop too.

Wow, a highr degree of abstarct, Isabell. So many great textures. Wood, rust, plastic, brass. Excellent sharpness and DOF, Great COMPOSITION. The cut is amazing, I like the shape of the cut at the brass wires. Ver very well done, Isabelle, a favorite for sure.

This is quite different from the other two, Isabelle. I like all the details and textures in this macro shot, although it looks dangerous! Here the DOF works really well and the low color key is very harmonic. I'm especially fond of the copper. Well seen and, of course, well captured!
You really have worked your way into this subject! If possible continue... ;o) Otherwise I'm looking forward to see your carnival photos.

Very interesting macro Isabelle and good use of the limited dof here. You did a very good job.

Please continue! This is a very intriguing macro. Here is a subject that is not natural, yet there are so many natural colors here. Perhaps nature is reclaiming her stuff! Fun, provocative image.

Please continue...
Very interesting combination of wood, plastic and metal. That RUSTY nail is a nice addition.
Perfect DOF. Excellent work.

Now that's what I call a close-up; it almost feels like a view under the microscope. A splendid array of different textures, all in one place, really excellent. I would also like to cast a strong vote for you to continue this series, Isabelle.
