The picture is a bit faded, the colors aren't really there. At least they aren't there in this online version.
The POV is lovely with the little bridge and it's mirror image in the canal, yet the over-exposed sky and tree rob it of a lot of its glory. Panning slightly lower might have helped in this case; or even attempting a vertical shot with a bit more zoom.
The car on the left is disturbing. It should either not be there or then be whole. Now it is kind of... stuck there and it pulls our eyes back and forth to it instead of letting us concentrate on the lovely canal and it's charming bridge.
Hope that was a clear critique :D
