Photographer's Note

I said I would reshoot this one,thank you for all the workshops on the last one. The leaves are all from a Witch Hazel bush (Hamamelis X intermedia `Jelena`) , better know for being used in a herbal cure for skin problems,.We grow it for these beautiful A/colour and its little orange flowers late in the winter before the leaves come.
the leaves are arranged on a piece of smooth-cut limestone
Ajustments Open and crop at 21 X 21cm @600dpi
Saturation +3 Lightness +3
Brightness +5 Contrast +3
Selective colour (red)to over come the Sony`s over reddening of some pics, magenta -6% , yellow +3% , BLACK -4%.

Use measure tool along long axis and use rotate arbatory 45deg C/W to stand it on end.
Select the resulting corners with magic wand tool and fill resulting selections using paint bucket.
deslect and then click sect-all followed by stoke (internal)75px,use colour picker to grab a suitable colur from leaves and apply.
Then apply Unsharp Mask 1305 x 3.3PX RADIUS x THRESHOLD 1.
save to file for printing then resize to 72dpi @ 800px wide, save to web ready for posting to TE
