Photographer's Note

In this picture you can see St George's Tron Church (Church of Scotland). The area around the church is called Nelson Mandela Pl. It is not far from the George Square but it was not mentioned in the guidebook, and I discovered it accidentally by choosing a car park nearby. This made me think that there was so much more to see in Glasgow than I managed to do in my two days there. I would love to get back there again, especially having a weather like this someday. I did notice that in my previous photo the sky was even slightly too blue if there is such a thing at all.

Hi Mariusz
A good combination street and architecture photo. The musicians, even though not playing add interest. Maybe one day I'll get to Glasgow as some of my ancestors are from nearby.

Hello Mariusz, the bright sunshine has highlighted all the details of the buildings.
Nicely animated by all the people, and I spy some buskers on the left.

We visited Glasgow some years ago, with the aim to visit some of Charles Rennie Mackintosh buildings, an excellent trip.

Okres letni w Glasgow to szansa pol na pol z trafieniem niebieskiego nieba, zima jest znacznie gorzej... wiec moze jak juz jest bezchmurnie to błekit nadrabia i jest bardziej błękitny.

its always fun to see these scenes that we've been to ourselves. I look at this and I think...how come I didn't get this compo? but that's part of the joy too, seeing how other photographers see the world. glad you were able to fit in the 3 large arches on the left, that's important. great box composition yet still looking kind of vertical. great one

Such a great view from Glasgow with a lively foreground with a lots of people walking by in the sun. Both the church and the façade in the left are really appealing with lots of fine details.

it is a beautiful view with a special architectonic aspect. the blue sky and the light were perfect for this image. a pity I couldn't explore this city one day more.

Hello Mariusz.
A splendid view that shows three sensational buildings, the first one we see with a neo-gothic touch is magnificent, then the church shows a fantastic tower with the beautiful top of the tower with the clock and that lantern with columns, behind the red we do not see a lot but it also looks magnificent.
All that amount of people in the street gives a very dynamic touch.
A magnificent color of the sky and very good management of lighting and sharpness.
