Autumn the season of mellow fruits, the 4th in the autumn series , Yummy Blackberries but un available as they are hanging over a deep drainage channelin the city centre.
Taken using full zoom on the camera at f3.5 and 125th sec. at 10m distance.
Treatment of it afterwards a crop to centre the best of the bunch, increase in saturation by 5% , darken some of the bottom leaves then healed out an out of focus leaf tip on the left, sharpened up the fruit using the sharpening tool on a soft brush, then + contrast and - on brightness followed by an all over unsharp mask

I enjoy how everything cascades down to the right. Nice composition allows us to see both the blackberries and their implied world. The berries do look just slightly out of focus; could you have oversharpened?

Good composition Rob, I'll add that blackberries are actually quite tricky to get a good shot of, even with the best focus they still have a slightly out of focus look about them, it's the nature of the fruit, it's covered in a very fine bloom that gives this appearance.
