Photographer's Note
Saint Patrick's church is located on the north of Belfast city in Donegall street. The foundation stone of the current church was laid by bishop Patrick Dorrian in 1875. It was built in the Romanesque style of different coloured sandstone
Completed in 1877, the imposing church you see today replaced an earlier, more modest building called St Georges' church. Amongst its many charms is the statue of St Patrick above the door which, like the altar, was carved by the father of Padraig Pearse. A stained glass window also depicts the church's 1815 origins.
Sunday mass : 08:00, 10:00, 12:00 & 19:00. Sacrament of confession : saturday from 12 noon to 1 pm and 6 pm to 7 pm

Hello Miguel,
A fine church shot from a good POV. The people standing outside or about to enter mean quite a lot to the composition by showing that the church plays a part in the life of the neighbourhood. The sharpness and exposure are perfect.
Kind regards,
Gert

Hello Miguel,
this is a stunning presentation of the impressive church that looks much older than the chronology mentioned in your note. The architecture is elaborate but still austere and imposing. You're presenting it with striking sharpness and great depth. I like very much the way you've managed the strong light and the contrasts and how the shadows have enhanced the definition of the architectural patterns. The people and the (thankfully) discreetly coloured cars provide scale. I love the natural and vivid colours. Congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a lovely Sunday,
Ourania

Hi Miguel
I like the buildings, I like the church, but what I recommend is to try to find a spot where you can shoot straight at such buildings and churches. Only when doing so, you can and will avoid the falling lines. Otherwise excellent photo job
Warm regards

Howdy Miguel,
St. Patrick's is certainly a massive and retro gothic church which dominates for your resolute and natural coloring.
Nicely composed and created,
Cheers,
Ray

Bonjour Miguel,
Wonderful wide angled shot of the cathedral with the verticals well positioned in the centre. Nice warm cold colour contrasts between the reddish bricks and the blue sky with the fg cars and people adding scale and animating the scene. Tfs!
