Eccellente colpo, un minimalismo dinamico dove il ragazzo sembra vagare nel nulla.
C'è una certa filosofia in tutto questo, un po' come la mente del bambino che deve ancora imparare tutto.

Hello Danos,
This is a wonderful photo. The wet dunes have created a fantastic pattern with fine reflections and the boy is a perfect focal-point. You captured him well as he is running across the beach. The dog is more difficult to spot, but I found it further away towards the right side. I think they both had a lot of fun. You were lucky to capture this fine photo with a very attractive light.

Nice reflections in the wet sand with good sharpness and wonderful repetition of patterns and shapes formed by the myriad of small channels. The boy and dog running in different directions provide good focal points. Tfs!

Took me quite a while to find the dog, Danos.
But, a wonderful low-tide wet sand and waves picture, scaled beautifully by the boy playing.

I did not see the dog immediately. The boy and the dog clearly like to run over the spacious beach.

Hello Danos,
This is a very photogenic beach. The ripples in the sand and the low clouds create a dramatic view. Of course we also have the boy, and his tiny dog in the distance. I can imagine that it was windy and cool at that moment, but that just meant that the boy and dog had the beach mostly to themselves. :-)

that strikes me first, is the placement of the boy. Its just me, but maybe the photo would look better if the boy wasn't placed squarely in the middle of the frame. If he were on the 1/3 mark on the right, that would be best. Maybe if you had waited another 2 seconds haha

but thats ok, i'm being picky. I like how you described it in your note, how the boy is "carefree", thats a perfect description, and perhaps something we adults could adopt from time to time :)

love the wet sand and clouds/atmosphere. cheers

Hello Danos, If you didn't write about it, I wouldn't notice the dog. It is fun to go on the wet sand in the low tide. It is a delightful composition, with the reflections in the wavy wet surface. beautiful sky.

Hi Danos,
Newcastle is quite far from the sea so I wonder where did you go.
Either way the final effect is splendid. The surface of the wet sandy beach looks so smooth and the boy appears so crispy sharp standing out of the background so well.

What a beautiful picture of the little boy playing on the ripples of the foreshore !
The reflections of the light make it look like a large sheet of blown glass ; And the elegant cloud formation lit by the sun is incredible.
