Photographer's Note
This is the reflection of the Liver Building in Liverpool, on a building across the street. The windows were quite dirty, but the reflection still caught my eye whilst passing. 2 down 5 to go!

It's a very impression reflection considering the window was dirty! I can only imagine how bold it would look had it been clean. The sky is perfect, and the side lighting on the clock tower looks great. Well done! This is a great contribution to the hunt. I think I'll drive up to Salt Lake City (the closest big city for me) and try for a reflection shot as well. If I can capture something near this beautiful I'll be happy.

Ryan

Nice one David. Works really well.
I see you use a Sigma 28-300 lens - how do you find it? I'm thinking of getting something similar, or maybe the 18-200.
cheers

Hello David
Impressive capture. Excellent framing and reflection in the window. Good colours too. And the tower is also very interesting.
Have a nice day.

I love reflections and this is a great shot of the famous Liver building. Somehow the new hunt details have passed me by. I must look into it.

hi dave,
there are good and bad points to mention here:
what i like is the pov and composition, you accomplished quite a nice settings with the diagonals and frame made by the white stripes;
what i think could have been done better is the contrast (too low imo), and some sharpenning;
i also think that b/w would strongly increase the graphism (interesting here) of the image;
have a good sunday,
j.

Hi David!
I had the same idea (reflecting a famus building in a window) somehow I can't find a good spot. I like those white elements, they are another framing.

Seb

I suppose the trick in photography is to take the unexpected. It can be this that gets the real results. Anyway, good reflection of the Liver buiding David. I wondered what you were on about and then I read your thread. Ouch ;)
