Photographer's Note
This photograph was taken in the cemetry surrounding Beckfords Tower, which overlooks the Ancient city of Bath. As the sun started to set, its rays of light shone down onto the tomb stones, which created a very magical experience. I have tried to capture that moment here.

Hi Roberto,
The softness of this snap is the most pleasing part. The POV is excellent. The sun at the horizon is little too much bright -this is the only concern I have.Good pleasing shot.

its one magic shot you got there..
although it has almost perfect colours/ highlights and the lens flare kicks ass, it gives me the impression of heavy post process..
if im wrong ill correct my trating.. :)
very nice composition and POV

Beautiful shot! It does look like it has had more work than just lightening -- but I like it! Another aspect that I like is the play between the sun and the reflected golden light on the cross. As well it is cool that one sunray leads me down to the light patch of grass.
Very good. I'd like to hear more about your PP just to learn.

This is a truly biblical shot - the light, the composition, and the position of the tombstone to the left. The only thing you need do with this picture is rotate approximately 2 degrees anti-clockwise and re-crop. Other than that, this is stunning to look at.

That can't be real. Did you create it with 3dmax? That's one of the most incredible shots I have ever seen - it's so surreal

At first I thought the glare might be a bit too much and have ruined the image but looking harder I see the light is very well controlled and the brightness is restricted to a very specific area. The colours are very nice and the composition is very good, you like this angel memorial don't you, well as much as you can a headstone.
Well captured.

Hello Roberto,
Great capture. The sun shining on the tombs is very original. I wonder how you managed to get that flare.
Beautifully done.
Excellent POV to shoot the sun with. the tombstone provides an apt atmosphere for the shining sun.
Great capture indeed.
Thanks for sharing.

Such a mystical light! The cross, the angel, how he turns his face back to the sunlight! It is mysterious and looks like a scene from a film taken in heaven. I aslo appreciate your narrowband rectangular format. TFS,
Cheers,

Hi Roberto,
Excellent shot; the sky looks amazing .The sunlight (though little overexposed) creates the magical effect here.

Hello Roberto,
This is an absolutely fantastic shot! I love your panoramic composition with the diagonal lens flare effect. I only wish the statue was facing the other way to keep the eyes in the picture and to face the setting sun.
The colors are brilliant and well saturated and the complementary red and green hues create a nice balance. I wonder if you get this result with multiple exposures. Excellent work! Thanks for sharing!
With Friendly Regards,
Eddie

Terrific one Roberto, once again your PP skills are amazing, such an original post here, i see you prefer to have the statue perfectly vertical and the horizon a little tilted. That's a choice, but more than that problematic colors are crazy beautiful and this is such a scene here !
Best of all is the sun and its star effect
A must see
