Photographer's Note

Another shot from the Camden Lock Market. Not far from the Camden Town onderground station.
This colorful building is very typical for that area.
I corrected some of the lens distortion, but not all of it. I think that the distortion adds more life in this case.

Yes, if any more life than already offered by the scene is needed, the distortion sure adds it :-D I really like the splashy colors and the details you captured, Yitzhak, and how you focused mostly on the upper parts of the buildings but still included some boutique details in the bottom area. Fun spotting those union jack and underground t-shirts in the center. Great vivid capture.

An area i have often visited, with great potential for good photography, you have captured the vibrancy of the place with this colourful photo. I would love to see the same picture with the bottom part, (people) included. Well done.

Fantastic, Yitzhak - they look as toy houses! :-) Vibrant colours and bright details form the fine composition and fill it up with a hilarious mood. The distortion works just nice. Very well done!

Wonderfull colourfull Camden :) I klike the way you kept the disortion. It goes so well with the colour of the houses. It adds a bit of humour in a way.

I do know a beautiful Camden, but in the state of Maine. USA.. This one looks quite nice too. A lot of bright colors.

I agree with the keeping of the lens distortion. It's a nice addition to this allready peculiar houses. It makes them even more "exotic".

Excelent colors and details. In the low right corner it's seen some of the correction you made in the letter area. The clone tool could help erasing those marks.

thanks for showing that london *can* be colourful afterall! this is a great photo (as i'm sure you're well aware!). this shot reminds me of a very british 80s kid's tv show called 'rainbow'...but that probably means absolutely nothing to you!
