Photographer's Note
Just a different way of photographing the London Eye. Taken from the souvenir stall on Westminster Bridge. The owner thought I was a bit mad. Correct.

Hello Mark,
Mad but inspired maybe? A very unusual and creative perspective on the Eye. Very good control over depth of field to produce this out of the ordinary picture that is so obviously from London without being so obvious if you see what I mean. Very good work.

Hi Mark
Don't you wear a disguise when you're out with your camera! or pretend to be a tourist! A different view of a much photographed icon, so congratulations for that. A bit too much flag for my liking, but then I'm not big on flags. Good colours and movement.

Hi Mark,
This is a complete new view from what i ever seen before from the Eye. Those waving flags are a real nice detail and very dominant in the frame..i like that...because most of the times it's Eye who is dominant...excellent work.

Hi Mark,
Thanks a lot for your comment, in Bulgaria it`s really very hot, even in Varna which is situated in the northern part of the Bulgarian seaside ...
I think that I have the same picture of the Eye but I didn`t posted yet. I know the exact place from which you captured this magnificent view. Very original POV, you know :)
Regards and greetings

Your time away from TE magically made you grow as a photographer... I'm enjoying your recent photos, they look very professional and I can feel a creative urgency... keep it up!

Hi Mark,
I like here how you have added patriotic creativity to this well known and overpixellized monument for it makes your shot original, not too enthusiastic about the OOF though but I know in such situations it's unavoidable even closing as far as f/22. 1DMkII, wow, that's hardware !
Have a nice week end,

I like the compo, Mark, with left side in kind of monochrome, right side in color; also including appropriate british/english flags to highlight the location of this landmark, cheers :) Daniel

Mark,
Great shot, with mad flapping colour on the one hand and icy cool tach on the other.
One of these days I'm going to collect all TE's interesting London eye shots into a theme - it's amazing how many truly original compositions of this landmark there are - and this is another one for sure.

Haha, your note makes me laugh but the image itself is marvellous. This is what photography can do: present the obvious in a wholly new way. With a London eye!

Great idea there Mark, that demonstrates the fact that each photographer has its own personality, its own way to see the world, and considering the numerous of pictures of this london eye i've never seen such one, with the inclusion of england flags
Excellent
